Everyone's hurting. Property damage (thousands, here), flooded basements (my Sister & her husband), and many feeling Powerless (Emotionally, and LITERALLY).😥

So many good people...so painfully impacted. Easy to be saddened/discouraged by fickle Fiona.😪

Here's the thing:

Just performed a backyard Magic Show in Dartmouth, on this post-storm sunny Sunday morning. A little blonde girl approached afterwards, asking for a balloon...cutest little angel you ever saw. Little star earrings, and face of pure innocence (not the same girl pictured, but hopefully you get the idea).

Mr. J asks her name. In an adorably shy little voice, she says:

"FIONA".

❤❤👍👍

It took me aback. The same hurricane we are cursing...shared the name of this blessed little angel.

What to think?

Searching for some sort meaning here beyond coincidence (and feel free to imagine your own, if any exists😋), but here's what came to mind:

1) Life is what you make it, and how you interpret it. (Like Fiona's name...a nasty storm, or adorable angel?)⭐👍
2) The show must go on! Even the Martimes' worst storm ever can't stop the Magic. (All the kids showed up to the birthday show)🥳🎩
3) All the darkness in the Universe can't extinguish the light of a single candle. Or in this case, a sweet little girl ironically named Fiona.👸❤

Wishing you comfort and support during this time, Friends...and especially the ability to see HOPE. That's where the Magic lives.❤👍
